This is a photograph of a float representing the Wanda Joyce Robinson Foundation. WJRF is a non profit organization in Frankfort, KY that works with children and families impacted by incarceration. This organization was asked to participate in Govenor Andy Beshears inaugural parade. The youth were so excited to help build the float and ride in the parade. The fact that not only our local government but also our state government recognizes the need for WJRF and supports it says a lot to our youth impacted by incarceration. It gives them more hope and more motivation to become the young adults they desire to be and not just what they feel they are destined to be.​
